Contract disputes

In many business transactions, the buyer is not familiar with the seller, and can find little information about the seller, hence the buyer and seller will sign a contract to ensure there is no dispute at a later date. However contract disputes, breach of contract are common when one of the partners does not adhere to the terms of the contract. This may be due to factors beyond the control of either partner or intentional to increase costs or out of malice. In such cases, the partner who has been adversely affected by the breach of contract will consult a lawyer to file a case for getting compensation for a contract dispute.

The lawyer will study the extent of the losses in terms of time and money caused by the breach of contract, and file a case against the party responsible for this breach. In some cases, an out of court settlement may be reached by both parties to avoid expensive legal and court fees.
